Meditation
An invitation for you to slow down, be present and bring mindfulness into your life.
Observe your thoughts, feelings, and sensations as you listen to these meditations without judgment.
Body Scan Meditation
This mindfulness practice involves slowly and intentionally bringing your attention to different parts of your body, to notice sensations, tension, or discomfort without judgment. Get comfortable and take a few deep breaths to settle in.
Loving-kindness Meditation
Also known as Metta meditation, this practice is rooted in Buddhist tradition. The core idea is to cultivate feelings of love, compassion, and goodwill—first toward yourself, then gradually extending out to others, including people you love, strangers, and even those you may have conflicts with.

“To the mind that is still, the whole universe surrenders.”
— Lao Tzu
